that makes no sense @ all.....wishing for something to be over that hasn't even begun after the winters most of us have had ~ summer seems like a better deal ..... I am a spring and fall person (can't wait for both to start and sure don't want them to end!

It is not a class action if there is only one defendant. The whole concept is that there is a class of persons who have been harmed.
Summer have a cool camp in the cold areas and enjoy a lot.
